What should i expect from your set up?

Here at Good Times J.A.M Event Solutions, we do all we can to make sure we’re only using top of the range equipments, from sound to lights. Our sound is crystal clear and our lights can be coloured to suit you.

How long do you need for set up?

This all depends on the size of set up that you decide on – At maximum our set up will take 90 minutes However, for a smaller set up, this would take us around 45 minutes. One thing we will always do is make sure we are not rushing around, we will be ready for the time you would like us to start. We will generally take us around 60 minutes to pack down at the end of the night.

Can we request songs for our event?

Of course you can, here at Good Times J.A.M Event Solutions, its all about you – Closer to your event, we will arrange to meet up with you to discuss your full wedding planner, we will then provide you with the tools to build your own playlist.

It doesn’t matter whether you provide us with 10 songs or 100 songs – With our many years of experience, we will make sure your songs are played at a the right time, aiming to keep your dance floor busy all night.

We will even take requests from guests at your event, if this is something you would like us to do.

What areas do you cover?

Here at Good Times J.A.M Event Solutions, we are based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire – However included in our standard cost, we cover unto 1 hour from our location, but don’t worry, for a small cost we will travel to your location. This means we can service anywhere that suits you.

Will i receive a written contract?

Here at J.A.M Event Solutions, we believe it is imperative to provide you with a written contract. This provides clarity and safety for all. We also do this to help with your peace of mind, meaning you can relax on the day of your event. This also means you have written consent that we will be attending your event.

How will your staff dress?

We operate a smart / casual dress code for our staff. This means they are comfortable when providing the entertainment for your event. We always make sure our staff fit into your event. However, if you would like our event staff to dress a certain way, please let us know.

Why do you ask for a deposit and how can i pay this?

We ask for a small deposit to secure your booking, as this shows commitment, as soon as we have your deposit we can confirm your date in our diary. Deposits can be played by cash or bank transfer.

What happens if the DJ is ill on the day of the event?

If the unexpected happens, we will always make sure we get your event covered. We will always fulfil any dates in our diary. Having 3 DJ’s on our books helps us to be ready for the unexpected.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, here at Good Times J.A.M Event Solutions, we have full liability insurance unto 5 million pounds, meaning you can be at peace at your event. We can also provide our certificates if needed.

How much do your services cost?

Here at Good Times J.A.M Event Solutions, we believe having clear pricing provides you with a great peace of mind. This means there are no hidden fees up to or on your event. We also believe we are competitive for what we offer in the industry. We also understand that everyone requirements are different, so please contact us for a full quote.
